What will you do as an Internal Sales Representative?

At the heart of customer relationships, you promote an exciting range of products and create genuine added value. You develop and grow a portfolio of existing customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You lead commercial negotiations in line with the company’s pricing policy, ensuring smooth contract management and rigorous follow-up of all commitments.

In close collaboration with internal teams, you monitor sales performance and market trends to guarantee top-quality service and customer satisfaction. As the key link between customers and internal departments, you ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project execution. You understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions, projects, and commercial offers.

What do we expect from you as an Internal Sales Representative?

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Bioengineering, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a similar role, preferably within an international environment.
- Full professional proficiency in Dutch (MUST HAVE) and English; knowledge of French or another language is a plus.

- Excellent negotiation and commercial relationship management skills.
- Customer- and market-focused, agile, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
