Innovation Performance Consultant at Ayming BeNeLux

✔️ You assist clients with advice to improve
the performance of their R&D strategy and Innovation Management. 🔍

✔️ From the beginning, you will regularly visit customers, perform audits, collect data on the customer's organisation and activities, analyse that information and assess opportunities. 💡

✔️ You will become an expert on the different
Belgian subsidies and tax measures and you will be responsible for optimising the benefits for innovative companies.

✔️ Collaborating with a diverse range of clients, building strong relationships and gaining an in-depth understanding of their business needs and goals🤝

✔️ Providing expert guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate through complex innovation challenges and achieve financial gains💰

✔️ Contributing to Ayming BeNeLux's growth and development, while maintaining the vibrant start-up spirit that sets us apart✨

✔️ A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting or a similar position.

✔️ A university degree in a relevant field, such as Business Management or Economics.

✔️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills ✍️, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

✔️ Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions and performance improvement 🧠.

✔️ Proficiency in English and Dutch or French and English 🌐.

✔️ Strong project management skills 📝, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

✔️ Knowledge of the Belgian business landscape and innovation ecosystem would be advantageous
