HR Performance Consultant at Ayming

✔️ Demonstrate your expertise in the various Belgian subsidies and incentives related to pay and salaries, both on social tax and income tax. 💰

✔️ Providing expert advice and coaching your clients related to HR-related topics. 🗣️

✔️ Identifying and implementing HR best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 🌐

✔️ Conduct HR performance audits, which means that you analyze, propose and explain the various possibilities for optimizing the calculation of the salary costs of the client. 📚

✔️ Track changes in national (and international) payroll and employment subsidy legislation
and understand what it means for your clients. 👥

✔️ Turn your ideas into business opportunities 🗼  

✔️ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

✔️ A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in (hard) HR consulting or similar role.

✔️ Excellent understanding of HR processes and best practices.

✔️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

✔️ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

✔️ Proficiency in Dutch or French and fluent in English

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Ability to work independently, with the follow-up you need
