Facilities Coordinator at Bleckmann

✔️ Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities to ensure all facilities are fully operational.

✔️ Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues promptly.

✔️ Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to manage repairs and maintenance work.

✔️ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

✔️ Assist in managing facility-related projects and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

✔️ Previous experience in a similar role or within facilities management (0-2 years preferred)

✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

✔️ Ability to travel to various sites as required

✔️ Competitive salary up to £27,000 dependent on experience

✔️ Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week)
