What will you do as a Business Analyst?

 As a Business Analyst, you play a pivotal role in overseeing
and managing our various platforms, including our CRM and portals. Your primary responsibility is to develop a clear vision for these platforms and create a well-defined development roadmap that
prioritizes tasks effectively. Moreover, you will translate business
requirements into actionable IT requirements that align with Homeras' growth strategy and vision.

 You'll be part of the Business Development and Solutions Team, where you'll have a direct impact on the evolution of our products and services. Our team values creativity, innovation, and a can-do attitude. We also have a strong drive to move things forward in an effective way.  

As a member, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse and concrete projects, allowing you to develop new expertise and leverage your product ownership skills. You'll be working closely with 5 energetic project managers and business analysts, as we actively work on various projects such as elaborating new services and value propositions for new clients, and improving the customer experience across all our touchpoints.  

What you'll do

Customer Experience :

  • You'll work closely with project managers and internal stakeholders to understand customer perspectives and translate them into IT requirements.
  • You'll continually seek to improve our tools and platforms to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience. 
  • You'll regularly communicate with internal and external end-users to fully understand their needs and translate them into actionable IT requirements.  

Product Vision :

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for our CRM tool and platforms.
  • Manage development roadmap and prioritize requirements.
  • Bridge the gap between development and business teams.
  • Identify process improvements and potential risks and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • You lead sprint planning sessions with project managers and internal requestors.
  • Collaborate with the IT Development Team to ensure efficient planning and execution of sprints.   

Business Analyst :

  • You proactively track project progress to identify upcoming IT requirements. You facilitate the translation of business requirements into IT requirements, working closely with the development team. 
  • You participate in workshops and meetings to ensure a thorough understanding of project needs. 
  • You act as the primary point of contact for both IT development teams and internal stakeholders regarding IT questions. 
  • You conduct testing of developed IT stories before release. 
  • You lead the final sign-off process with internal stakeholders before going live.

Who you are

  • You are an innovation enthusiast and strive to deliver impactful solutions to enhance customer experience. 
  • Your exceptional communication skills allow you to efficiently capture the needs of all stakeholders and translate them into IT requirements
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch, and proficiency in English is a plus. 
  • You have experience as a product owner and business analyst.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and a good understanding of IT technologies and architecture.
  • You can make well-informed decisions that prioritize the most important needs and actions, and proactively communicate about them. 
  • You are continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and are receptive to feedback.  
  • You possess excellent time-management skills and are able to work efficiently under deadlines.
