Automation Maintenance Technician at Bleckmann

✔️ Performing periodic cleaning and preventive maintenance of advanced warehouse automation systems.

✔️ Ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our automated infrastructure by following detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

✔️ Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations.

✔️ Reporting anomalies or potential defects to the Supervisor Technical Support (Specialist).

✔️ Coordinating with external contractors during planned maintenance activities, ensuring access, safety induction, permits, monitoring, and completion sign-off.

✔️ Supporting the Supervisor during emergency repairs and documenting repair activities for continuous learning and process improvement.

✔️ A Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; a background in Robotics is advantageous.

✔️ 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or automation roles.

✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

✔️ Basic knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and automated systems.

✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
